The in-between moments

Some of the hardest moments aren't dramatic. They're the in-between ones. Leaving a relationship, or trying to change one. Moving to a new country, or coming home to find it doesn't feel like home anymore. Starting again somewhere unfamiliar. These are the times when the person you were doesn't quite fit, and the person you're becoming isn't clear yet.

I work with people standing in exactly that gap. Together we'll make sense of what's changing, what you want to carry forward, and who you want to be on the other side of it, at a pace that works for you.

Having lived in six countries across four continents, I've done the moves, the returns, and the quiet identity crises that come with them, so I'm not guessing at what this feels like. I also raised two children abroad, who were young children and then teenagers during our time away, so I understand the pressures of building family life in a new place.

I specialise in the stresses of living abroad, including settling into a new culture, feeling isolated, and the strain it can put on a relationship.
